Pulled Pork in a Crockpot

I haven't written this down so bear with me.
Get a porkroast. Put it in the Crockpot after spraying with cooking spray (helps with the clean up). Poar BBQ all over it, throw in a bay leaf. Set to HIGH for about 6 to 8 hours. Put on buns. Enjoy!
