I think the bottom line for the vile MAGAcretin and his goons
including Barr - is that there was obstruction of justice but it doesn't count because the entire investigation was illegal.

“Let me just say, I’m very, very dismayed and disappointed that the chief law enforcement officer of our country is going off the rails yesterday and today,” Pelosi told reporters at a Democratic Party retreat in Virginia.
“He is attorney general of the United States of America, not the attorney general of Donald Trump.”

3. Maybe also sending a message to the other ongoing investigations that coming after the king may have consequences. If they can make people believe that everything is just politics as usual then they can dismiss investigations and the law as nothing more than their political enemies playing dirty tricks

The US is not a shit-hole place like Zimbabwe or Venezuela. There has to be probable cause to arrest people, evidence to indict people, and evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict and sentence people. The US is not a shit-hole place like Zimbabwe or Venezuela where pols can pull off a strong-arm coup. The reason mal cannot and will not understand that is all around her where she lives.

It seems that those DUmmies that actually have something to lose (reputation mostly) are now keeping a low profile. That while there are about 50 separate and current threads full of impeachment of Trump and Barr complete with hissing and spitting.
Remember for the last two years the primitives were daily wishing and hoping that a friend or associate of Trump, under pressure from Mueller, would flip and bring the President down? And now here we are looking at the real possibility of someone associated with Obama/Clinton doing all the flipping.
As of right now Trump is holding all of the cards and not one single democrat is saying publically "lets have Barr investigate this and get to the bottom of it all". No one is saying that there are some GOP in this and there probably are some GOP names in the soup. And we all know why that is. Although I think it is far more worse for the Donks in terms of numbers in intensity but some establishment Goopers are about to be losing some sleep.

Exactly! The spying happened. Trump Campaign people were surveiled. The Ds and MSM are howling at the S-Word when they should be worrying about Barr digging into how it came about and whether laws were broken and authority abused.
