Any discuss about taxes ends up being, are you raising them or lowering them, as the opposed to the question I ask – are we raising them for high income individuals that can afford it, and lowering them for lower income people who really need help. Those old categories don’t work, and they’re preventing us from solving them problems.

last night's speech was a departure from his normal poems/sermons in two ways;  first, he went after "mccain/bush", and second, it contained something resembling specifics.  and yes, all three of them were pretty damned scary.

I'm in the "hold my nose and vote for a RINO" camp.  NcCain is a pro-lifer, and it would follow that he would appoint judges that are also pro-life.  Pro-life judges tend to be conservative in other areas, too.

Change can mean a lot of things... let's take the state of the nation for example. Let's see... the economy is in a downturn, but it naturally does so every few years or so. Does Obama wanna "change" this to depression 90% of the time and good economic times here and there? We have the best quality of health care in this nation. I'm sure Obama would love to change it so we're on par health care wise with Cuba and patients are sitting in their own shit most of the time. We are winning in the war against terrorism...particularly in Iraq. A big "change", our troops leave, Iraq goes back to a tyrannical dictatorship and we lose an ally. That's the big one right there.

So next time ya talk to your neighbor about politics, or anybody for that matter having an Obamagasm.... ask them what they mean by "change".

i just sent the neighbor's wife WEs "Obamameter" page about how much money Obama wants to spend in his first term... that might open their eyes a bit. they are struggling to manage with a new house (just moved here from San Fran) and a toddler and a newborn. when the wife goes back to work, the daycare payments alone every month are staggering.

they arent all that politcally saavy ... but i send them things every now and then.

Honestly and seriously, the GOP pundits need to be exposing how terrible both Hillary and BO are, instead of focussing on how shortchanged we are by our own candidate.
