Dem Claims RFK Jr. — Out of All the Kennedys — Brings Shame to the Family Name

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/juliorosas/2023/07/20/dem-claims-rfk-jr-out-of-all-the-kennedys-is-bringing-shame-to-the-family-name-n2625988

Quote
Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) said it was Robert F. Kennedy Jr. who was bringing shame to the political dynasty during Thursday's House hearing about federal government censorship.

Kennedy was a popular target from Democrats during the hearing about his comments about vaccines and, more recently, his comments about COVID-19. Connelly said he had respect for the family name, even being inspired to join politics because of his father, but by participating in the hearing, he was being used to embarrass President Joe Biden.

"No matter what you think Mr. Kennedy...You are not here to propound your case for censorship. You are here for cynical reasons to be used politically by that side of the aisle to embarrass the current president of the United States and you are an enabler in that effort today. And it brings shame on a storied name that I revere," Connolly said.

So JFK bedding women-not-his-wife in the White House did not bring shame on the Kennedy name? ::) Teddy the Snorkel abandoning Mary Jo Kopechne to drown slowly did not bring shame on the Kennedy name? ::) Teddy the Snorkel waitress-sandwiching some poor young lady did not bring shame on the Kennedy name? ::)

Update on trans lawmaker arrested for kiddie porn; it gets worse

https://hotair.com/david-strom/2023/07/20/update-on-trans-lawmaker-arrested-for-kiddie-porn-it-gets-worse-n565986

Quote
About a month ago I wrote about the nation’s first transgender lawmaker (really? They are pretty common now) getting arrested for child pornography.

The New Hampshire legislator is a real gem of a person and would never, ever have been elected (twice!) but for his trans privilege. Both times he was elected he had to resign soon after for some insanity or another.

Quote
A former New Hampshire state representative and the nation’s first transgender-identifying state lawmaker was arrested by police this week and charged for allegedly distributing child pornography.

Stacie Marie Laughton, a Democrat who previously resigned twice from the New Hampshire state house, is now facing four counts of distributing sexually explicit images of children. Laughton was born Barry Charles Laughton, Jr.

Quote
Stacie Laughton, 39, has been federally charged with one count of sexual exploitation of children and aiding and abetting by the US Attorney’s Office District of Massachusetts. Lindsay Groves, Laughton’s former girlfriend, was the alleged teacher at the center who helped Laughton, a former NH lawmaker, gather the images and has been charged with child exploitation.

Groves allegedly used bathroom breaks for the children, such as diaper changes, to take pictures of the children in the bathroom and would send the photos to Laughton.

Where in Hades does this creep live that he keeps getting elected to office? :o New Hampshire's equivalent of The Castro or West Hollywood? :o

CNBC faceplants with their biased list of America’s 10 worst states to live and work in for 2023

Check out their methodology:

KEY POINTS
A critical nationwide worker shortage has companies locating and expanding in places where workers want to live, but culture war politics are complicating the equation.
CNBC’s annual ranking of state business climates considers Life, Health and Inclusion as one of ten categories of competitiveness.
The study measures quality of life issues including crime, health care, childcare and health care, as well as inclusive policies on discrimination and reproductive rights.

Based on the results, their faux ratings of the 10 "worst" states are as follows:

41. Florida
42. Arkansas
43. Tennessee
44. Indiana
45. Missouri
46(Tie). Alabama and South Carolina
48. Louisiana
49. Oklahoma
50. Texas

Now read this explanation on the Great State of Texas:

How could 200,000 college educated workers moving to Texas each year possibly be wrong? It depends on how you look at it. With the nation’s highest percentage of people without health insurance and the second lowest number of primary care physicians per capita, all those new Texans are arriving to find a dismal health care system. Texas has the nation’s thirteenth-highest violent crime rate, and it ranks thirty seventh for licensed childcare facilities per capita.

The Lone Star State keeps hacking away at inclusiveness, with laws targeting the LGBTQ+ population, voting rights, and the nation’s strictest abortion ban. Yes, there are enormous economic opportunities in Texas, and it is attracting people from far and wide. But this state also has some Texas-sized issues when it comes to life, health and inclusion. And it is one of the reasons that the state fell out of the overall top five for the first time in the 16-year history of CNBC’s rankings.

2023 Life, Health & Inclusion Score: 53 out of 350 points (Top States Grade: F)

Strengths: No metrics in the top 25

Weaknesses: Reproductive Rights, Health, Voting Rights, Worker Protections, Inclusiveness

The photo of that critter should be enough to have any voter running screaming from the voting booth. "Creepy" doesn't even begin to describe the evil that emanates from it.

The White House Is Now Hiding Joe Biden's Trips Up and Down Stairs on Air Force One

https://pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/victoria-taft/2023/07/20/the-white-house-is-now-hiding-joe-bidens-trips-up-and-down-stairs-on-air-force-one-n1712361

All the usual Twitter crap at the link.

Quote
You won’t have stories about Joe Biden tripping up or down the stairs on Air Force One to kick around anymore. That’s because the White House brass have issued a directive ordering staff to hide how Joe gets in and out of the presidential jet. It won’t stop the president from tripping, but you, an American voter, won’t have to be subjected to watching it anymore.

If you’ve been paying attention, you understand why. If you haven’t, well, I regret to inform you. Go ahead, hit play.

So Joe must use the “lower stairs” of the presidential jetliner. As MSN reported, “Frail Joe Biden ‘FORCED’ to Use ‘Lower Stairs’ on Air Force One to Avoid More Embarrassing Tripping Incidents.” It reported that “Joe Biden’s advisers have had enough of his embarrassing stumbling mishaps” and have prescribed a new plan with Joe using the “lower stairs” of the giant plane.

Politico called them the “small steps” that Biden used for most of his recent European swing. This is the trip where the president kept missing big shot dinners because they were after his bedtime.

“[T]he small steps to board Air Force One [were used] for every flight on his European trip: to London, Vilnius, Helsinki and back to Washington,” Politico reported. It reported that advisers for the president “acknowledged an intentional shift to steer the 80-year-old president to the lower stairs more often to make his travel easier and limit the possibility for missteps.” The publication then posed a question: “Why climb 26 sometimes wobbly steps at Joint Base Andrews, raised off the back of a pick-up truck that drives up beside Air Force One, when you have the option of stepping up or down just 14?” But that’s not actually true.

If Joe’s upstairs working in the Air Force One presidential office, he’s got stairs to climb. When he gets to the middle floor of AF1, he’s got stairs to climb. Joe’s ascending and descending probably as many stairs whether you see him walking them or not. And that’s the point. The White House really doesn’t want you to see him.

Especially when few outside the press corps are likely to even notice.

Biden used the big boy stairs when he arrived in London and Helsinki, but Politico notes he didn’t use the big stairs to get into Air Force One.

None of those arrivals or departures — all of which are public and witnessed by the traveling press pool — were marked by inclement weather. He used the large stairs to descend from the plane upon arrival in London, Vilnius, and Helsinki, when his hosts arranged more formal greeting ceremonies, but not to climb back aboard. “And the overseas trip came on the heels of several recent domestic ones where Biden predominantly used the lower stairs on visits to and from Rocky Mount, N.C., Chicago, San Francisco and Philadelphia,” the publication noted.

In addition, Joe’s wearing his sneaks when he’s walking in the wild as well.

White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre, of course, is running cover for the hair smeller. Read this portion of a presser she held with the media, one of whose members asked about the president’s mobility issues:

Q Ever since — well, maybe not directly, but shortly after the President had his sandbag stumble at the Air Force Academy, he has been using the lower steps on Air Force One instead of the, kind of, truck that drives up. I’m wondering if that is because he’s been having mobility problems of any ty- — type, if it’s to address — you know, he’s had a couple incidents falling on the stairs getting up and you guys just decided that it would be better for him. Can you walk me through —

MS. JEAN-PIERRE: So I don’t have —

Q — what’s going on there?

MS. JEAN-PIERRE: I don’t have any decision process to walk through. I’m sure there’s a protocol that’s used for the — for Air Force One. I just don’t have one.

I mean, you guys see the President every day, when it — to speak to — when you — when we speak to mobility. The President always says watch him.

You know, he was a — this was a president — let’s not forget, he went to a warzone country in Ukraine and did that in a way that was incredibly effective. The world got to see him out there and meet with President Zelenskyy. And I think that’s incredibly important.

I just don’t have anything to share on (inaudible).

Q I — I guess just to, like — to buttonhole it —

MS. JEAN-PIERRE: Yeah. Yeah.

Q — you know, we’ve seen a change in the medical technology he’s using [C-Pap], we’ve seen a behavioral change here.

Is there anything that you guys are seeing that represents a medical change of any sort with the President?

MS. JEAN-PIERRE: So, look, if you look at what — what we have put forward, as far as his medical — the President’s medical report, it is more comprehensive and extensive than any other president. You guys have in front of you, if — and we’ve presented to all of you memos

Jean-Pierre keeps grasping for her binder and saying she “doesn’t have anything for you on that” and that Joe Biden’s medical reports were the most transparent ever. And then there’s this exchange:

Q The first question was: Are there any plans for the President’s physician to brief the press?

MS. JEAN-PIERRE: Oh, no, there’s no plans. Look, we put — we put forward a very comprehensive memos on the President’s health. I would refer you to that. No plans for the doctor to — to brief the press.

Joe Biden isn’t old as much as he’s enfeebled. The White House is hiding more than his trips up and down the stairs of Air Force One. Much more.

LGBT numbers explode at Ivy League schools as overwhelmingly liberal student bodies surpass Gen Z national average

https://www.theblaze.com/news/lgbt-rates-ivy-league-schools

Quote
Most Ivy League schools have LGBT rates that far surpass national averages, according to the latest polling numbers by the educational institutions themselves.

Brown University made headlines in early July 2023 when it reported that 38% of its student body identified with a sexuality other than straight — doubling its numbers from 2010 — far above the national numbers for Generation Z (1997-2004), which Gallup determined to be 19.7%.

After a review of five other Ivy League school's self-reported numbers, Brown is not an anomaly by any stretch of the imagination, but it is indeed a front runner.

As reported by the New York Post, numbers have soared at the once prestigious institutions, which now routinely publish their gender and sexuality censuses as a point of pride.

The Daily Princetonian reported shockingly high numbers, similar to Brown University. The school's bisexual, "queer," gay, asexual, lesbian, unsure, and pansexual numbers represented more than 35% of the school's respondents.

They don’t want you to see this … Big Tech does its best to limit what news you see. Make sure you see our stories daily — directly to your inbox.
An astounding number of asexual students (5%) are represented at the school, a rate that is 50 times the national average (0.1%).

As well, nearly half of those surveyed identify as politically left, with slightly liberal, very liberal, and leftist/socialist totaling 45%. Just 11% identified as right of center.

According to Yale Daily News, around 29% of its responding student body identified as something other than straight, as the school boasted that it "welcomed the largest and most diverse class in University history."

More specifically, 14% said they were bisexual, 6% gay/lesbian, 8% "questioning," and 1% asexual.

Politically, 74% "characterized their political leanings as leaning left."

Over at Harvard, the 2023 class had about a 21% non-straight population, according to the Harvard Crimson. But the school is ready to outdo itself, as the class of 2025 will increase that number to 29%. That rate is a more than 18% increase from the class of 2017, which was represented by an 89.9% straight student body.

The Cornell Daily Sun reported its latest numbers at 21% of 589 students who responded as not identifying as straight. Of students who were asked, 69% were virgins, while 65% identified as either somewhat liberal or very liberal. Just 13% were conservative.

Perhaps the outlier, the University of Pennsylvania said that 15% of its student population "self-identify as LGBTQ+."

The school's LGBT center also brags about its 24 gay student groups and the fact that it has 94 faculty members on its "Out List," which is quite literally a list of faculty who have agreed to put themselves on a public-facing website to showcase that they are LGBT.

Numbers for Columbia University and Dartmouth College were not publicly available.

This shouldn't be a surprise to anybody. Since it's become fashionable to pack fudge if you're a dude, or munch a rug if you're a non-dude, what are these whack jobs going to do when the MAJORITY of them are LGBTXYZABC123?

At that point, there is no "Oh, gosh, how cool is THAT? He came out and married his boyfriend!" Nope, they're just another face in the crowd. Nothing special there. Maybe it would then become fashionable to revert back to being straight. Naw, I didn't think so either. There always has to be some manner of twisted, warped, and shocking behavior to explore and trumpet.

Disgusting, reprehensible, and completely predictable. College students appear to be much more intwined into peer pressure than any young teenager ever thought about.

Was thinking of that exact same thing!  :cheersmate:

Based on the way his team of handlers are treating his dishonor, it reminds me of the 1988 comedy starring Michael Caine and Steve Martin as con artists. Specifically, Mr. Martin was portraying "Ruprecht the Monkey Boy" and was required to put a cork on his fork in order to prevent him from stabbing himself. Additionally, Ruprecht was apparently wearing adult diapers.

A short clip for those who haven't seen it:

Arson attack on Rand Paul's office?

Very early this morning, the building housing Rand Paul’s office in Bowling Green went up in flames:

And, yes, some people are jumping to the conclusion that this was 1) arson and 2) directed at Rand Paul.

We are certainly gratified to hear there were no injuries.

But to return to the suspicions, naturally, it is not impossible that some leftist or some other person who had a beef with Senator Paul decided to torch the place. But from what we have seen, there’s no showing that it is arson and even if it was arson, it appears to be the kind of building that has multiple offices, so we couldn’t assume Paul's office is being targeted. For instance, there is reportedly a law firm there, and do we have to tell you that sometimes lawyers make enemies?

But people do hate Rand Paul. Look at how many people regularly show support for that neighbor who attacked him. We aren’t saying that neighbor was politically motivated, but certainly the support for the attack by that neighbor is motivated by politics. And we know the left doesn’t mind arson as a tactic given the entire year of rioting we suffered in 2020.

For those familiar with Twitchy, lots of imbedded tweets (which are a pain in the arse to peruse through). But the gist of the story is that some think this was done to retaliate for recommending Dr. Death Fauci to the DOJ for an indictment. Others suspect the false flag.

No matter what, thought this was intriguing since it hasn't made news:

Re the fire in the building that houses Rand Paul's office, from pix I've seen, it is older and large (i.e. probably has several business tenants). My first thought was that it was arson aimed at Rand Paul. It may have been, but if it turns out to have been rat-chewed wiring I won't start claiming that Dems trained the rats to chew the wires to get Rand Paul (or similar conspiracy-theory nonsense).

Historic Bowling Green building to be demolished following fire

https://www.wbko.com/2023/07/21/historic-bowling-green-building-be-demolished-following-fire/

Quote
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - The Bowling Green Fire Department responded to a structure fire at 1025 State Street, a cluster of attached businesses that includes the Kerrick Bachert Law office, Dezign Tees and the local office of Senator Rand Paul.

According to Katie McKee, the Public Information Officer for the Bowling Green Fire Department (BGFD), the BGFD received the call at 1:45 a.m. and had firefighters on the scene within four minutes. At that time, she says there was heavy smoke and much of the building was engulfed in flames.
...
The office of Senator Rand Paul released a statement as well, saying:

“We are thankful for the Bowling Green first responders who arrived quickly to the scene to put out the fire, and are continuing to work with authorities to assess damages and to determine a cause. We have a very well-established emergency management plan and have the ability to continue operations that will not impact our work helping Kentuckians.”
...
“Typically, investigations can last anywhere from two to six months. Once it is safe to enter the building, our investigators will go in and start collecting evidence and collecting information, and it’ll be a few months from then before we actually get a cause,” said McKee.
...
“That space is at least 120 years old, give or take. One of the most iconic businesses that used to live there was the Royal Music Company, and that space has been vacant with just some Royal Music artifacts for quite a while,” Butler explained.

A new app allows shoppers to scan items in grocery stores to check if the brand supports woke values.

Veebs, a free app on the App Store, says it 'has the brands that align to your personal values settings and offers replacement suggestions for the ones that don't.'

A TikTok video advertising the new software shows a blonde woman in a floral dress saying, 'The best way to fight against these woke brands is with our wallets.

'That's why I use the Veebs app when I do my grocery shopping.'

The app comes as the once-popular beer company Bud Light continues to face a boycott for its April partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

There is an app to identify woke companies.
