Have you ever served on a jury? I have once and experienced voir dire twice
I enjoyed being on a jury as a great learning experience.
We voted not guilty because even though we "knew the guy did the robbery, we couldn't put him 100% at the scene"
after we gave the verdict, we learned it was his 3rd burglary . We felt bad because we knew in our hearts he was guilty. Just couldn't prove it.
The other time, the DA conducted voir dire for 3 days before picking the jury. I wanted to be on it but was not.
I bring this over for this single response....
1 Dummie been on a jury 3 times and all 3 times were for murder....

13. I sat on 3 - and all were murder cases
I don't know that I enjoyed it, but I sure learned a lot.
After the 2nd trial, someone screwed up and the family left the courtroom early and they 'encountered' us in a hallway. We were rushed into an elevator.
After that trial I started getting some really strange phone calls that didn't end until I told them I had contacted the police. I hadn't, but it worked, and the phone calls stopped. Coincidence? Who knows.
No only that, he gets seen and then harrassed... wow... what an active imagin...er life this guy has led

She would have to introduce the concept of 'reason' first - that would probably take quite some time.

Been on several, and a foreman once. You DUmmies have no clue.

A more appropriate question for DUmbassas would be if they have ever been convicted by a jury.

Or maybe:
How many have been convicted by a jury. Or pled No-Lo.

Jeez, could you imagine being a defendant and seeing a jury full of Pams that all rode the same short bus to the courthouse? The judge would have to keep suspending the trial to explain what was going on. The lawyers and witnesses would have to limit their vocabulary to a 3rd Grade level.

DUmmies should never serve on juries. :mental:
