What's to investigate?The evidence is what was said, or what was remembered to have been said, and what was told to others at the time, and what each says, now, about it. Gov. Cuomo should clam up. Anything he says will be parsed until it is used against him.How do you investigate this without the term 'hearsay' surfacing?

They were near me & I could hear their conversation. One was telling the other that she was going to blame a man she knew to get back at him. She was going to falsely accuse him of assault. I was horrified, and stunned. I regret with all my heart that I did not say anything. This was about 45 years ago, and still think about the man, and the heartlessness of the young women.

How about "Listen To Women" ?The problem has been too many women were not seriously listened to to get a proper investigation.Imho I think most women are not lying.Still context is needed as well to get that possiblity crossed off. I don't want an innocent man to be punished either.

They're counting on Dems to OVERreACT. To sexual harassment claims. Yes listen to accusers. But allow for the possibility that they are motivated by partisanship and or not genuine.

I believe it's "Believe all women, UNLESS the guy they accuse is a Democrat."It's a philosophy they've had since Al Franken got accused if not earlier.

Andrew Cuomo, who was accused by multiple women of sexual harassment.In 2018, Dahlia Lithwick wrote an article titled “Fear a Justice Brett Kavanaugh: As his confirmation steamrolls ahead, Americans should be terrified,” arguing that the “criminal proceeding — innocent until proven guilty” was a GOP-created sham and that Kavanaugh’s accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, presented a “damning and plainly credible testimony” and “undeniable narrative” that was ignored.
It's amazing how they went from believe all women to women might lie. It's so Dem of them.
