Star Member TNNurse (5,214 posts)https://www.democraticunderground.com/100215348688I realized today the greatest argument against white supremacy is the the people who promote it.Not one of them is impressive in their intelligence, knowledge, compassion or any other positive quality.Trump, Boebert, Greene, Gosar or any of the others who have supported them are not people to admire.Nothing to claim supremacy of anything except they are supremely hateful and racist..

Don't like the cartoon...White Supremacy has nothing to do with looks...My parents taught me to never judge a book by it's cover.That said, I had a crush on this guy back in college back in the 80's. Handsome gay guy who came from a wealthy family. He drove a new sports car, nice fashionable clothes. So I found his FB profile, and every post is in support of Trump, including pics of him in Trump gear.But I gotta say that today his face looks really sad. Even when he's smiling, his eyes tell a different story.

I agree-- they are all mediocre at best in intellect-and worse than lamentable at morality.I suppose that's the purpose of 'white supremacy'-- to insist on power and privilege even for lousy human beings, as long as they are white.It's not like Lauren Boebert and Paul Gosar would ever have gotten any power or respect without the overvaluing of their race by other mediocre white people like them.And I'm being very generous with the word 'mediocre".

It's a given: arguing in favor of racial superiority immediately brands one as inferior.And physical characteristics may not be indicative of an individual's intelligence, but there does appear to be a correlation between Greene's remarkably primitive facial features and the woman's limited intellectual capacity.

Many with a genetic branching tree that resemble a telephone pole. I am certain they can see the comical pleasure in my eyes, being I am always double masked around this shallow gene pool of idiots. 😷🙄😆 Need an emoji with the mask and either of these eyes.

He and his family are so obviously superior to them that they have to keep tearing him down to make any sense of their white supremacist world view. They constantly searched for new ways to disqualify someone who graduated magnum cum laude from Harvard Law and was president of the Law Review. I mean, that stands on its own merits, so they had to disqualify his citizenship... or question his undergraduate grades... his religion (secretly Muslim)... his political beliefs (secretly Marxist)... etc., etc.

The issue with white supremacy is that because our nation is built on it, it's really easy to uphold it and endorse it even when you don't know you're doing it. White supremacy is not intentional; it's the default in many of our institutions. It's not an us-vs-them thing. We're all soaking in it and we have to work against it, or else we're supporting it.

But the very idea Caucasians are superior to other racial groups is just ridiculous, given historical fact.At this very moment we have however many 1000's of so called illegal (brown) children in mass prisons. There always seems to be something missing with these people. There's a lack of understanding, of compassion, of looking outside their identity and that betrays them.
