Naked and confined to a rock, a South Lake Tahoe man was said to be observing buzzards face down when area students came upon him. The man was arrested for trespassing and loitering, as well as being held for allegedly being naked.Lake Tahoe is known for its beauty and tourism, with it's borders crossing into California and Nevada. However, a recent arrest in South Lake Tahoe may do more than boost the local economy. Last week, three area high school students came upon a strange sight when they found a naked man face down and tied to a rock. When the students asked the man if he needed to be untied, it was reported that he answered "no." The students continued on their way, only to return to the school to find the same individual redressed and walking towards the area schools. The offender, 53-year-old Dean Richard Mark, was arrested for trespassing and was being held in jail on a $5,000 cash bond. That bond was reported as being for "being naked near high school property." A South Lake Tahoe man is being held in lieu of $5,000 cash bail for allegedly being naked near high school property. He was also ordered to appear in court on Monday. Following a call and investigation, employees of the school stated they had seen the man on school property. When police were called a second time, they found the man and asked him why he was naked behind the school. His answer? “There were buzzards flying overhead and I wanted to see what they didâ€...Whether or not this freelance writer's intentions were innocent will be left up to the legal system. ...
