NH now has the highest per capita cases in the nation and our brilliant Republican government sent millions of dollars in Covid funds back to Washington a few weeks ago. Now we need assistance to keep hospitals operating and for more vaccination sites. One way or another the GOP - with or without Trump - is determined to kill us. I still don't understand why they don't see it's mostly their own, unvaccinated supporters catching it now.

We would not be going through this shit w/a President HillaryTrump just had to fire Obama's global pandemic task force and the CDC's epidemiologist who was onthe ground in Wuhan, China, pull us out of an international task force called PREDICT that was on thelook out for things like the C-19 virus, blow off in the fall of '19 warnings about the disease, and thenhave Jared and Pompeo ship 18 tons of PPE to China (he owed them money) in Feb. 2020, invest inhydroxycholorquine and his own C-19 test kit (neither worked), publicly lie about the disease, and gethis base so full of misinformation that to this day they are working to spread the disease because theydon't believe in science*."I will die mad." (about the rat ****ing of HRC in 2016)

And on election day 2016 she was at something like a 90% chance of winning.Russia installed Trump as a means to cause chaos, disruption, and weaken America fromwithin by fracturing the nation along social, economic, and intellectual lines and Putin hasbeen successful beyond his wildest dreams with that goal. He knew Trump was an easilymanipulated and blackmailed idiot and had been grooming him for years to be his chaosagent in America.

Cold weather rolling into the east, letting down our guard...and a new, more contagious variant, plus an even newer, even more contagious variant (per early data). What could possibly go wrong this winter? As the richest and most resource blessed nation on earth, we could have led the global effort to squash Covid in early 2020 while it was relatively isolated. Instead, the Trump admin gave us the worst pandemic response since the Black Death was blamed on Jewish folks. That window of opportunity is long gone and Biden is left to pick up the pieces after Covid has become as indigenous in human populations as the seasonal flu. I suppose the takeaway is, the rest of the world cannot simply rely on the US to lead the way. Hear that, EU? Time to step up, if anyone can.

In a rush to be one of the cool kids, some medical systems got out in front of the Biden vaccine mandate for healthcare workers, demanding their staff come into 100% compliance with vaccine mandates or lose their jobs. Others waited until the last minute to let the workers go, even though the Biden mandate had been blocked by then. But in significant numbers, the affected medical professionals — actual, trained, sciency nurses, doctors, and others — decided they’d rather lose their jobs than take the controversial, novel vaccine. And so, in their infinite wisdom, the hospital administrators showed these employees the door, with utterly predicable results....Nor is Massachusetts an isolated example. Pennsylvania’s Geisinger hospital system is facing an over-capacity crisis of its own — just over a month after it dismissed 153 employees who made the decision not to take the jab.
