Yay! I figured out how to duplicate a favorite drink!

The Starbucks Frappacinos that you can buy in the glass bottles....the had a peppermint mocha one that I love, but it's SOOOOOOOOO expensive.   Got a wild hair yesterday and tried to re-create it at home, and score...yummy!!!

My 13 yr old is happy, too, 'cause he loved them, but I'd never buy them!

A little leftover coffee, a bottle of chocolate sauce, and a few bottle of flavoring syrup can work miracles.  I've been making my own for sometime.  I like mine better.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Leftover coffee from Mr Flame's morning pot of coffee
milk
hershey's syrup and peppermint extract

(sweetened a little bit with Splenda)

left it in the fridge for a while (made a pitcher) and served over ice

Mixed as follows:  a little more coffe than milk,  1/4 to 1/2 lid of extract (a little goes a LONG way!) and a healthy squirt of chocolate....adjust to taste.

The sugar free flavored liquid coffee creamers work great for this as well....I just have mine "on the rocks" so I skip the brain freeze and the blender.....

Try Schnapps -- you might have a super winner there.

When I worked for Starbucks we had plenty of "Starbucks Sponsored" parties.

A couple of sleeves of Grande cups for the keg and mixed drinks.  A few things of those plastic sample cups for shots.

Frap mix to make up with Kahlua.

Tazo fruit mix stuff to blend up with vodka, the Mango one was my favorite.

Oh and a 40 gallon trash bag filled with ice.

Ahh, those were the good days.

I used to Duplicate my favorite drink. I'd say "Barkeep bring me a double".  :hyper:
It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

Why yes. It's a term from days of old, Circa 1980's :whatever:

I remember people yelling out "barkeep" and also "barmaid"..... :-) Mostly in 80's early 90's....not sure what they say now, not in bars very often, if ever...
