Thick, handmade ground beef patties topped with sharp cheddar cheese... wrapped in a bacon weave... then add hotdogs as the heads and legs, slit for details...
Next, place on an oven rack, covered loosely with foil and bake 20-30 minutes @ 400 degrees.

I'm from N'awlins area.
Those burgers might be good. But I don't see any seasonings in the recipe.
No Bell Peppers either.

And forget hot dogs. Substitute those things with either Lucky Dogs, Andouille Smoked Sausage or Boudin Noir (for the adventurous).

and you're right, not enough stuff in there... and the idea about andoulle or boudin sounds yummy.
