Post by: Alpha Mare on January 18, 2011, 02:54:16 AM

Thick, handmade ground beef patties topped with sharp cheddar cheese... wrapped in a bacon weave... then add hotdogs as the heads and legs, slit for details...

Next, place on an oven rack, covered loosely with foil and bake 20-30 minutes @ 400 degrees.

Where y'at Mike?  :cheersmate:

How's ya Mama & nem?

I'm from N'awlins area.

Those burgers might be good. But I don't see any seasonings in the recipe.
No Bell Peppers either.

And forget hot dogs. Substitute those things with either Lucky Dogs, Andouille Smoked Sausage or Boudin Noir (for the adventurous).
