They discovered that ACORN members weren't smart enough to sharpen pencils. So they decided to color code the buttons on the Diebold machines, blue for dims and red for republicans. Then they encountered the problem of the DUmmies pushing the red buttons thinking they were voting for communism. Since they watch a lot of reality TV and vote for their favorites  by phone, they've gotten the idea to push for "Phone-a-vote".
