It's funny but Kerry seems more animated to oust Assad than he did to oust Bush when Kerry was a candidate himself.

In the new PLOS Medicine journal survey, led by public health expert Amy Hagopian of the University of Washington in Seattle, an international research team polled heads of households and siblings across Iraq. The researchers, including some from the Iraqi Ministry of Health, aimed to update and improve past estimates of the human costs of the war and occupation. "We think it is roughly around half a million people dead. And that is likely a low estimate," says Hagopian. "People need to know the cost in human lives of the decision to go to war."

There is no breakdown in how they died, or who was the perp. BUT- the left claims all the people died are the fault of GWB. How many people have died under Obama's watch? How many will die in Afghanistan when we retreat and flee the country? If Vietnam was any hint it could be millions.

The way I see it, not one of ours deserved to die, but if they are killing people, those people needed killing, else ours wouldn't have been there.

Bottom line is if it weren't for the oil, the Middle East would be one big shooting range, and I rather see every muzzy killed than have one hair on the head of any US Military person harmed.  Some people just need killing.
