The judge needs to put a gag order on Trump and his family.
Period!
I know Trump should have fair treatment, but Trump’s attack on the judge, his family and on Bragg is very concerning to these people’s safety.
I know it won’t happen, but the level of grievance by Trump can only rile up his base.

TIFG presents a clear and present danger. A jail cell might be what is in order if he violates it. Ronnie D. might think otherwise in obstructing justice as in Article 4, Section 2 of the US Constitution should the shitstain have to come back to New York.
There SHOULD be one at the Federal level when those indictments come down knowing this man's M.O.

5. Junior should be charged with something for putting out the photo of the judge's daughter.
Given what happened to Paul Pelosi, her life has been put in peril.

I could be proven wrong - there are months of proceedings to come - but the judge might realize that, 1.) a broad gag order could be struck down as unconstitutional, and 2.) a gag order of just about any scope would be playing into Trump's hand, on multiple levels.

That's the problem. Trump could say good morning and some liberal, somewhere, would take it as a dog whistle and code to his followers to get violent...and I ain't kidding..

He posted an article on Breitbart about the judge's daughter working on the Kamala campaign. The article had a picture of the judges daughter so it was already available on the Interwebs.
