he is walking around like a stud since he found out.  I hope he fails that test again.   If he can't pass it after 3 attempts then he should have to give all of that working out of class money for the last 2 yrs he has been getting......

he keeps coming to me and asking me how to do parts of his job........I told him "you are getting paid to know that" and now he won't say anything to me  :bird:

He went this morning to take his test.  They changed the version of the test so he is not getting to take the exact same one.  I should know something tomorrow.  If he fails it a 3rd time I will just be shocked because who fails a test a 3rd time?

It's okay.  I have already passed the D II test (part I) and have been waiting on them to fix the 2nd part since I took it in Sept 2011.  If I pass I will be one pay grade below him, no responsibilty except getting drawings out and only make 1.00 less an hour.  

If I pass the 2nd part of the D II I will get retro pay back to 9/2011 and that will be about 2500.00 before taxes so maybe it's for the best

It's all good.   :-*  I am actually ok with it now that it's all done.  I just don't like failing at anything and it really bothered me to fail a test.  But he will now be RESPONSIBLE for everything including the people.  They don't like me anyway so they would have made my life hell by not doing anything and using the union against me.  For a buck less an hour it's really a good thing.  I think God might have been watching out for me here. :hyper:
