the poor girl is down with the flu.  her cats are bringing her hairballs and dead mice in an effort to perk her
up.

The cats have abandoned me!

Apparently they don't find Mario Kart very entertaining.  Bastards.

Ahh, thanks for the well wishes everyone.

I'm feeling better today.  The sore throat is gone and now it's just a bit of congestion and I coughed up a lung this morning.  LOL

I'm thinking Mario Kart is the new chicken soup.   :-)

I'm glad you are on the mend.  Mario cart is the very first game my youngest played on the Wii at Best Buy.  He was hooked every since.  He has been BEGGING for that game.  I think I'll wait and give it to him for his birthday in June.

Mario Kart is crack.  Seriously.  I got home from work yesterday and then proceeded to play for like 3 hours.  I only stopped b/c my cough was getting worse and it was time for Nyquil nighty night.

And my friend's aren't helping.  We can play against each other online.  It's a downward spiral I believe.

You should have seen me Thursday.  I got a Target gift card for Christmas and I was saving it to buy Mario Kart.  I've been checking online the store availability every day.  Finally on Thursday it was available at a Target near me.  I drove straight there after work and walked briskly to the game section.  I contained myself, but inside I was jumping for joy.  Then straight home, ate dinner quickly and then it was game time. 

My life now will be referred to as "Before Mario Kart" and "After Mario Kart."   :-)
