Free food from Chik fil A on July 11

Quote
Dress like a cow from head to hoof for our 4th annual Cow Appreciation Day® (July 11, 2008) and get a complimentary combo meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) from Chick-fil-A.

Not up for sporting the full cow look? Partial cow attire will still get you a complimentary entrée. Request a tall, cool Dr Pepper with your Chick-fil-A and complete your meal.

Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal & Oats and Chocolate Bar

Here's where that junk email address comes in handy.  I use a free gmail account for things that I don't want cluttering up my standard addy.

For this offer you have to opt in for a newsletter (yawn) on eating better.  After entering the sign in info, you'll have to verify your email address.  But hey ... we're conservatives here!  We know that nothing is ever truly FREE, there's always some price to pay!     :-)

Note: If you want BOSE equipment, you will NOT get any discount (although they have bundled a few things with their bedside radio).  They just don't.

It is said that branches draw their life from the vine. Each is separate yet all are one as they share one life giving stem . The Bible tells us we are called to a similar union in life, our lives with the life of God. We are incorporated into him; made sharers in his life. Apart from this union we can do nothing.

Free Presidential Greetings congratulations card for your new baby.

I just did this as a keepsake for my granddaughter's baby book.

http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/index.html#

Scroll down to " Invitations and Greetings"

Click on "Please follow these guidelines for information about greetings."

You'll get a pop-up, scroll about 1/2 way down till you come to "Please select one of the following to make a request:"

Choose:

"BABY'S BIRTH GREETING
A baby birth card will be sent within a year of the birth. Please make your request after the baby is born. More"

... fill in the information and your done.

Thanks for the info, Dixie. I just filled it in for my one and only grandchild, little Luke, born yesterday. I just hope that Bush acts on this and sends out a card. My son won't be thrilled with an Obama card.  :-)

I think all the Disney properties are offering free admission for the birthday boy/girl in the Park.  No minimum or maximum age IIRC.

I am signed up.  I tried to sign up LU, but they said there is a special line at Jurassic Park at Universal for those kinds of special people...

Thanks for letting me know. I hope the new baby gets a card quickly from Bush and not from Obama. My son is an ardent Republican and not a fan of the Annointed One.

I should get one for my nephew... I gotta make sure my politically wishy-washy brother-in-law (voted for Obama  :thatsright: ) doesn't get to my nephew before my sister and I do. :p

My brother-in-law, a really good guy, also voted for Obama. It really bothered me, as he's a very intelligent person. I just couldn't understand it.

I'm sure you and your sis can indoctrinate your nephew. I have full confidence in your ability.  :-)

:-)  Not to mention both our mom and stepmom.  When my stepmom picked me up from the airport when I visited for Thanksgiving, the first topic of conversation on the drive home was the election.  She says she doesn't watch or listen to anything political anymore. :( However, she did say that  both of my brothers are well on their way to being hard-core conservatives.

God, that joke my dad drunkenly made the other night about Matt, the 12 year old, being "made" in Hawaii... I, being rather tipsy from 3 glasses of wine, responded that "you're just like Obama, Matt."  The look on his face was priceless... :lmao: Then I told him, "no one knows for sure if he was actually born there, so don't worry."  :p
