How candid should I be in my responses?

Anytime I've done something like that in the corporate world they have stressed the importance of being honest.  I was ... once.  That was held against me for a long time over an 'anonymous' survey of what could be done to improve our atmosphere.

Interestingly, the only person who made my life hell was the guy I was the most honest about.  I quit the company over him and so did 9 other people.  The 3 project managers who worked under him all left in 3 months time and eventually the guy in charge was removed from his position, but the damage to the company was done.  It's been 4 years since that happened and that company has just about recovered from the carnage one bad manager caused.

That memo has the taint of SECDEF Austin all over it. I can smell it from here.

The confirmation is that leftist term "equity". It's even worse than that other leftist term the CSM is using, "diversity."

It's got shit all over it, Snugs. Nothing you or anyone will say will change anything other than to put a great big target on you - I'm guessing you don't want that.

Everything I read about today's military convinces me it's 180 degrees backasswards than it used to be. We can thank Barry, and now Asterisk, for that "cultural shift."

Unlike previous command climate surveys, DOD has decreed this one is mandatory.

Methinks it is a fishing expedition.

Of course it is. If the survey is truly anonymous (as it should be), how in the hell do they know if you DON'T complete it?
