In a word, no.
Which probably explains why I don't watch any more "modern" Hollywood productions.

In the movie "The Butterfly Effect", the main character is shown to be able to express sentience and agency by deliberately strangling himself in the womb with his own umbilical cord. <spoiler text>
Perhaps not explicitly claiming a fetus has a soul, but still...
Of course, I don't take lessons on any subject-- history, economics, fetal development, proper use of medieval artillery, etc.-- from TV and movies.
