Smileys, I think something is wrong

Several times over the past week I have noticed when I click on a smiley a different one was inserted. At first I thought it was just me being careless but today I noticed it again and clicked on different smileys, sometimes the one I meant to click on were inserted and sometimes a completely different one would be.
