This was used as propaganda on Al Jazeera. Notice the young terrorists have hoods on, they catch the car as it comes around a blind curve and start throwing rocks. The driver does try to swerve, but still hits the one Jihadist. I don't blame the driver one bit for taking off in this situation since there were so many "witnesses", (notice that there are 3-4 cameramen filming this).
