Should Freedumb2003 be a mod?

This is really just a Saturday time waster. 

I really don't want to be a mod, but I noticed that the top 10 or so posters are all mods.

Freedumb is seemingly always online and gets along well with others. Nothing worse than an asshole mod. They can single handedly destroy any good and popular board. Gator are you listening/lurking?  :-)

I don't think that we are accepting any new applications for mods right yet. Besides, anyone who makes a POST requesting to be a mod sure seems to be "wanting" it a little too much for my tastes. Kind of like Lanie/ Bridget always looking for attention.
