Friday night:Shrimp, Bacon, and Mushroom Alfredo on LinguineSteamed green beans, tossed with olive oil and Parmesan cheeseGarlic bread Zinfandel wine, which I have been calling "Infidel" all eveningShrimp, Bacon, and Mushroom Alfredo on Linguine1 lb bacon, cut into 1" x 1" pieces1 lb mushrooms, sliced1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined2 jars Bertolli Classic Alfredo sauce8 oz. Barilla linguine1. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat2. Add bacon, cook until crisp3. Add mushrooms, cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently4. Add shrimp, stir together. Cover and cook for 3 minutes5. Drain all juice from the bacon/mushroom/shrimp, using a colander if necessary6. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Alfredo sauce7. Bring to boil, simmer for 5-7 minutes8. Serve over linguine- I am not going to tell you how to boil noodles, for God's sake
