I gave you a h5 Rev for having the courage to tread into the territory of 1)  ribs, or 2) chili.  Both are very dangerous minefields, with fighting words amongst purists and snobs ensuing.

Anyone see "The Big Bang Theory" last night?

"Sheldon" (Jim Parsons) - both the actor and the character he plays are from Texas - was asked if he wanted a bowl of chili made by a girl from India.

He asked if it had beans in it, she said of course. He said then it's not chili.

She asked him again if he wanted some and he said he would try it. He took a spoonful and said it was good - but it wasn't chili.


Was like watching a live discussion of CC regarding beans and chili..... :thatsright:
