I would say mine in now about 3.

Last year when dealing with my parents it was a solid 10.

I found ways to to deal with it, and get rid of it.

21 DUmmies give a numerical answer, of which over half (12) are 9 or higher - and this in the Lounge...

Personally I'd say about 4 at the moment, but that's because I've got some pretty big decisions about my future looming...thank goodness I'm not a histrionic DUmmy.

Me, probably around 2.  Some things have recently resolved that might have made it a bit higher.

It'll rise a good bit around the primary and general elections, I'm sure.  Still, I have the gift of being able to walk away from stuff I can't change or fix, which keeps my stress levels fairly manageable even when the ride gets bumpy.

Yes, DAT, isn't it funny how life seems to work itself out, if you keep your head on your shoulders and your feet on the ground?  Plan ahead the best you can, & think things all the way through.  Analyze the consequences.

I am a 2 at the moment, I think.

I'm around a 4 at the moment, but I'm also waiting for a final grade for a class that will likely determine my eligibility for nursing school, and I didn't feel super confident coming out the final. Intellectually I know that it will probably be fine, but until I see my final grade I'm feeling a constant low level of stress.

Work wise this is the busiest time of year for me, so at work, probably a 4.  But, I have been learning how to leave work at work, and home at home, so at home, it is about a 1 or 2.

Me?  Probably a 3.  There's that aptitude test I took for a chip fab plant today, . . . my daughter splitting her lip last night . . . and my two-year sobriety date coming today.  It'll all work out. :cheersmate:

Stress level... let me see. I lost both my parents in the last 6 months and I'm the personal representative for both of the estates. I am getting married, I'm house hunting, I have a job that takes between 50 and 65 hours of my time away. I have diabetes and a few other minor health issues. I would say that my stress level is about 3.

You know why DUers? Because I understand that all this is just a part of living.

Well, right now a 4 or 5. I have a lot of irons in the fire (and I'm getting that "I've GOT to rearrange the furniture" feeling).

Let's see:

--Working 75 hours a week (nights, actually) and have been for over a month.
--Just found out mother has bacterial pneumonia (you know, the kind that'll kill ya.)
--Girlfriend just started new job.
--Juggling bills like running chainsaws.

Meh.  Make it a 5.

Me, about a 3.

Winter coming on, house needs some work, wood needs splitting/stacking, 1 of my cars need minor, and the other one needs major repairs, the truck needs tires, winterize my RV, all while working 50-60 hours a week.

No problem.

It is, Karin.  Yesterday when she got home, it was tough to see any sort of bruise or wound.  She's hard-headed like me. :banghead:

Damn. Sorry to hear about that. I know how being on the worried side of that feels. Prayers for your mom.

After reflection, I think I can reduce it down to 4. I've had a bit more time to think now, and yeah; I'd say 4.
