Repuke at Greek Festival
So I was standing in line at the Holy Trinity Greek Festival in Wilmington, waiting patiently for some spanakopita. Governor Carney (D) walks in and the Repuke couple behind me start talking about how they'll never support a Democrat because of abortion. The husband was particularly adamant about it, while the wife was just saying stuff like "Well, now things are a lot better."

I wanted to vomit and launch into a tirade, but all I could muster was an enthusiastic greeting for the Governor when he passed by us and a "Keep up the good work!"

I realize this is an extremely volatile issue, but I wish there could be some middle ground instead of the extremes (better sex education, better access to birth control, more adoption, etc.). I don't have the answer, but both extremes are more extreme than me on this one.
There's not enough ouzo in the world to get me through that argument.

It's Deleware. Except for the State Senate (where way too many of the R's are still too far left), every State level and Federal Level elected official is a kook. So what's this primitive crying about? They own the rathole.

The Greek Orthodox Church is officially Pro-Life. If you go to a Greek culture and food festival at a Greek Orthodox Church there are likely to be Pro-Life people there.

The Catholic Church is officially Pro-Life. If you go to a Mexican or Vietnamese or Polish culture and food festival at a Catholic Church there are likely to be Pro-Life people there.

The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod is officially Pro-Life. If you go to a German culture and food festival at an LCMS Church there are likely to be Pro-Life people there.

:o  ::) How much ignorance does it take for DUpipo not to know all this and connect these dots? ::)  :o

So Women don't have access to birth control or abortions? You silly ass the only way to make these more accessable is to put free contraceptives and a coupon for free abortion in every box of tampons.  :loser:

And the king said, “Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one and half to the other.”
