Problems with imternet

I am typing from my nook. But i camt get hooked into the router upstairs. I get a code 651. Help!

Yes I am back.. I somehow changed the settings on my computer by accident to dial up, but after playing with it, I figured it out. it is so unnerving...ugga!!

But Thank You anyway Chris!! The guys at Fairpoint tech are USELESS!!
