I expect the charges against General Flynn will be dropped as early as today.  The case has totally unraveled.

As far as Obama...  His only defense can be that he approved a counter-intelligence probe of candidate-Trump because his '17' agencies gave him false information.  From there, it shouldn't be too hard to poke holes in that excuse-pattern.

Preezy Shit Midas is going to be shitting his pants.  An sham investigation and criminal surveillance scheme only get green lit from the president. Obama was coordinating this or at the very least was aware and monitoring these illegal acts.

Well, if The CHILL, OhBummer! and/or her/his operatives ever face a jury, they will have all the due process stuff like discovery, the ability to cross-examine witnesses, and the ability to present witnesses in their favor. IOW, the due process Schiffty and Pelosi are denying President Trump.
