Speaking of real estate, I was talking to a guy today who said that an area around here where the vacant lots were going for $75,000 (under the 'terrible' Bush economy) are now going for around $10,000 (under the 'wonderful' Obamaconomy).

The chance is that her palatial digs aren't as valuable now as they were under Bush.

I wonder.

Even at a "depressed" price, that's an awfully large price-tag.

One would have to be richer than Mitt Romney to afford it, perhaps.

I guess "assessed value" for purposes of property taxes (at least in Nebraska) is different from, and lower than, the actual "market value" of an abode.

Where franksolich lives, the house (not the surrounding properties associated with the house) is assessed at $8,000.

^^^franksolich's mansion

It looks to me as if the rich bitch has franksolich all beat to Hell, when comes to real-estate.

You should have been an artist and married a rich sugar mammy.

It's okay, though; this is a public forum.

And of course, the closer we get to the Top DUmmie of 2012, the more the excitement and anticipation builds.

I'm sure #03 Top DUmmie of 2012 (no tie for this spot) coming out tomorrow (Friday) is going to be a surprise.

All that drooling over her house. You can buy places like that in the north Dallas suburbs for less than half whatever that dump is worth.

It's not about her house. It's about her hypocrisy. The bitch C&P's all day, without comment, about how the rich are screwing over the po folk, while being nothing but a rich tramp who has whored for every cent she owns.

I wonder why she doesn`t offer to redistribute her vast wealth?

Exactly how long has Catbird lived there? Next question, why is franksolich living in Beth's house? :???: Congrats to kpete, btw . . . 'bout time I'd say. Last question, is it just me or does kpete resemble George W Bush?:

kpete didn't take off until OWS got some attention.  She's nothing more than a coattail-riding hanger on.  And MineralMan still likes to sneak in here when he thinks nobody is paying attention.

She has that effed up look (can barely open her eyes) of a life long stoner.

You have it wrong; she wants to redistribute your stuff, not hers.

It's the usual liberal way; look at the late vast Teddy for example.

She is definitely the "do as I say, not as I do" type, she never has an original thought, just a cut and paste with some sort of inflammatory subject line.

IMO she has to be the most over rated DUmmy on the list so far.

Well, she's unimpressive as a person, as a primitive, as she's not very bright or imaginative.

However, she's a most excellent exemplar of Democrat, liberal, and primitive hypocrisy, which is why I suspect many voted for her.
