This is the best mousetrap I have ever seen, just a 5-gallon bucket with a gallon of RV antifreeze dumped in the bottom, plastic bottle with a coat hanger thru it and some peanut butter on the middle of the bottle.
Lean a board up against the side and it works all year without checking it and no smell.
I love rednecks, they are the most ingenious group of people I have ever seen.

Think on a bigger scale with a 50 gal. drum as the coke bottle and ebt cards instead of peanut butter, then it might work.

That's gross :lmao:
What's the difference between "RV coolant" and regular coolant?

Omigosh! I am putting one of those in the boss's barn this weekend. That is hilarious.
Hmmm... now what to do with the mice.

Do you have a Vietnamese restaurant in your town?

"Build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door." - Ralph Waldo Emerson-
If you were to scale up a version of the redneck mousetrap, and bait it with EBT cards, the libs would pile up like cords of wood.
Anyone ever hear the one about the 3 death sentence prisoners facing execution by guillotine ?

That is nothing other than brilliant!

I worked at a mechanic shop when I was younger. We had a bad field mouse problem after a barn find car showed up. My boss had an Idea he took a 40 gal aquarium he filled it with about 6 inches of water he put a bowl of dog food in the middle with a board leaning against it like this bucket you posted. We would come in every morning to find three or four field mice either dead or treading water....lol worked well.
