RO

Hmmm. I'm not familiar with that one. A quick Google on "RO forum" reveals something about Ragnarok. I wouldn't know one of those if it puked in my lap.

Uh....I'd better stop right there.  :-)

Except to say I occasionally make the trek to CU, but CC is pretty much my politically-flavored home.

I welcome you here.

I ain't so sure I got much use for a libertarian but I welcome you to make a case.

I consider myself somewhat of a (l)ibertarian AKA classical liberal. Not big on social issues, except the fact that I do believe our moral fabric is under attack, and has been for years, and it's having a VERY detrimental affect on our nation. My main concerns are national defense and fiscal in nature. If you're gay, fine, be gay. I don't give a damn. If you think your gayness gives you the right to walk down public streets with your ass and pecker showing? Then we got problems and your ass should be put into a mental institution.

Damn, never really care about HI5's or BS's, but noticed I went up. Thought to myself, "damn, don't remember posting anything contentious", like I do so often,  :-) , and it left me wondering. Came here.....

It's not so much post whoring as thread derailment.

That's good.

I'm still adjusting how to operate posting on this site. It's layed out a little different than what I'm used to but it's not hard to figure out. I'm sure that I will find plenty of things that I can't do until someone tells me how. LOL!

I've heard nothing but bad things about RO.  I'm surprised it's still online, but I've never been there myself.

It used to a good and clean Conservative site.

As J P Sousa indicated, it has changed. It has been occurring for awhile but it finally turned it back on it most loyal and long time members. I have been there over 7 years.

I'm new here, myself.  Still learning the setup.

But it's fun, and honest, and I'm having a good time knowing that while I might occasionally be called out to clarify my positions to conservatives who are likely to understand them, I don't have to defend them to some filthy liberal who's just trying to weenie ammunition that he/she/it WILL eventually use against me.

So pull up a chair.

"Conservative," by definition, means NOT EXTREME. Right-wing extremists are no more conservative than leftists are.
