I wonder what happened to him.
During the first Clinton administration, I used to watch him on C-Span, when he was one of the young up-and-comers in the House of Representatives. He seemed so full of potential and promise.
But somewhere in between those years and recently, after he left the House and went onto other things, he changed, becoming wishy-washy, a Democrat Lite. It's very sad, as he could've risen higher than he has, if he'd stuck with his core principles.
