I'm in the midst of a break....as ours is tonight.
Sit down dinner for 12....and so far there are 4 "drop-ins" who are eating with other family members...which means they will eat here too....

Pecan tarts
Mincemeat tarts w B & B
Cinnamon whipped cream
I've done basically the same meal for the last 15 Christmases...so it's really easy.
Especially this year as I cut out a stuffed tenderloin, a NY cheesecake w raspberry Chambord sauce and a creme de menthe cheese cake. I also went to store bought rolls instead of me making them from scratch. I've become more sensible in my old age....
My potatoes are baking, and I've made a double batch of Chex Mix this morning, a tray of peppermint bark, been to Mass, Target and Kroger's, and it's only 10:45.....I must be nuts!!
