Reading DU, in and of itself, may not warp one's mind (otherwise mine would be long gone).

However, being so absorbed in DU that it becomes your echo chamber, and you treat it as a serious source of political analysis could very well warp one's mind.

Bot needs to define 'warp', because I'm warping my mind trying to decipher what he's going-for.

I presume he means artificially lowering one's IQ to understand whatever point is trying to be made over there.

Can reading DU create an unrealistic idea of the political landscape? Sure. Does it inspire hatred? It could, although nothing explicitly calls people to hate the other side. Providing viewpoints that are not as diverse as what is out there in society can inspire less openness.

So, ultimately we would need to know what you mean by "warped" to give the most accurate answer.
