I hate it when my empathy streak forces me to feel for a DUmmie... but it does anyway.
Hard to imagine losing my wife, I hope he weathers the process and comes out of it in one piece.

The passing of a loved one, the way it hits, its one of the few things that we all share in common.

I found where duncanpup had been posting since she passed and he only made one passing reference to her death. The rest of his posts are typical of his postings.
I think he's going to have a very hard road unless she set him up with some life insurance or something. With her working for an insurance company, that could be the case.
duncanpup posted that he was off work for a couple of months so he was giving guitar lessons. I don't know if it's his typical union layoff or if he has some type of grief days with his contract.

I thought so, too. Hasn't he mentioned daughters, and more than one son? Second marriage, maybe?

Poor bastard, it would do me in if I lost my wife. I can't even imagine what it's like.
I only hope God forgives me for feeling bad and having empathy for a DUmmy.
