"A Great Dane's sized whizz on the tax payers!"
Made me laugh out loud, as when we lived in the LA area of California years ago ...
We had two Great Danes, and I know what he meant! Funny!

Didn't hear that but am familiar with Senator Kennedy's witty repartee. Certainly he'd be better than the current roster of woke lib losers doing a monologue in late night (Other than Greg Gutfeld, of course.)
And I can only imagine it really gives libs a case of butt-hurt knowing there is a conservative Senator named John Kennedy.
