The DUummy has it partially correct. The alert/jury system is actually in place so that the 'skimmers' can sit back and not be bothered with monitoring anything.
The DUmmy goes on about a specific alert that he/she disagrees with, but it is mostly just blather. The bottome line is, well, the bottom line. I don't think the DUmmies have caught on to this yet.
You have to admit that Skammer knows his audience and is playing them like a fiddle.
Charge more, do less, and make the customer clean the place as well.
It makes him almost look like a real capitalist!
