Absolutely agree here.
I had a G-F whose kids played baseball and everyone who showed had to be in the batting order, yes a batting order 1 thru 12 or how ever many showed up! They were allowed ten fielders and rotated every inning! It was the DUMBEST THING I EVER WITNESSED in my life. So kids who showed up to every game and every practice were penalized because those who never showed for one practice or were late for every game got the same playing time.  :argh:

Son played baseball for 6 or 7 years. That was basically their rules but if you didn't show up for practice, you didn't play in the next game.
