Romney or Obama: Foreign Policy Edition

Joe Biden predicted the war in Syria in 2012. Sort of.

When Mitt Romney declares that he’s running for President a third time, because you know it will both happen, and delight a number of cocktail parties during the holiday season, he’ll have one significant advantage over the other undesirable candidates, which is to say he’ll have an advantage over the entire field: in the last campaign he ran, he ended up being right about pretty much everything, even if it was unintentional.

That, of course, includes our semi-annual declaration of war in the Middle East, which Mitt Romney was predicted to make as President by the man who currently advises the President in some matters of policy when he’s around: Joe Biden.
