"Alinsky Rules for Radicals"-like memo spread by libs in NC

The dems in North Carolin have issued a memo ("Not for Distribution") that clearly indicates methods in how Democratic legislators can take out their republican counterparts, MUCH of it through unethical, non-political means. Many of the recommendations are straight out of Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals."

Of course they're trying to destroy their political opponents. NC legislature just INCREASED their GOP majorities, a GOP governor was elected with about a 10 point win, and NC went red in 2012. Now, the legislature is talking about tax reform, education reform, and stepping back from Obamacare. The Dems can't allow this without a fight, and when they fight, they fight dirty.
