Check-in thread for those of us that want prosecution of BUSH/CHENEY era criminals
because no one is above the law, our Constitution isn't merely "a ******* piece of paper", there is no statute of limitations for murder, and many other reasons.

29. My face has been turning so darn blue, holding my breath for those prosecutions.
If they do not happen, they will be a stain on the Obama Administration, no matter what it accomplishes. For example, like the stain of the Japanese Internment is on the FDR Administration.
Obama has other things to worry about staining his record. Losing a war, crumbling economy, and spreading socialism or fascism like crazy. Hmmm the primitive is on to something with his comparison of FDR the only difference is FDR's war was won not lost.

135. Anyone here who complains so loudly about putting these folks away
a professional prosecutor?
Is it possible to make a case against most of them?
Oh please please let someone try this.

75. Count me in
My faith in "America" can only be restored if the crimes of the Bush administration are prosecuted, and the lying war criminals punished for their crimes.
Otherwise we are just another fascist state.
You are half right Obama is turning us into a fascist state.

81. K & R....
If they are innocent..what do they have to worry about?
Isnt that what they told us when we learned they were spying on us?
Tell you what lets prosecute you for crimes with no evidence and no specific crimes.

87. Absolutely!
These war criminals NEED to be prosecuted. There's also something in there about lying to the American public more times than I can even begin to count..
In that case Big O is trouble.

95. Rec 138
The only comfort I take is that one day Dick Cheney will die. Him and Rupert Murdoch both. It is really incredible to reflect on the damage those 2 have done to our country. You can put Hannity, Limbaugh, Beck, Coulter, O'Reilly, Cavuto, Savage, Boortz, etc. all in one line, and bad as they are, the mess they have made is nowhere near Cheney and Murdoch.
Once again a lib threatened by opposing viewpoints.

150. What is stupifying is that we are even having this conversation...
why is it that in AMERICA we DONT prosecute war criminals when the evidence is overwhelming?
Who controls all three houses at the moment?
If the evidence was so overwhelming they would start proceedings faster than you can say "public option".
