New Server

New server is on its way:

I will also be purchasing more memory and additional hard drives. As for the OS, it won't be a problem as we've opted to install a Ubuntu LAMP(Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) server OS, which is free.

I will, more than likely, be hosting it at Colopronto:

Our speed and load issues are caused by the number of additional sites on the shared server. The new server will have only two, Conservative Cave and USMILNET.

Just as an FYI, over at Darwn Central they have swag you can buy -- coffee mugs, T shirts, etc. and the site gets a piece of the action.  They prefer it over straight donations.

Wow dude, the site has been mostly useless to me since getting home from vacation.  It takes like 5 minutes to load a page.

I look forward to the upgrade.

Oh, and my internet connection isn't slow at home...  :
