'She was a child.' White House comments on Ma'Khia Bryant shooting

The White House commented on the Ma'Khia Bryant shooting in Columbus calling it “tragic.”
Ma'Khia Bryant, 16, was shot and killed after officers responded to a 911 call about an attempted stabbing in the 3100 block of Legion Lane on the East Side.
The shooting happened about 20 minutes before the guilty verdict was announced in the trial of Derek Chauvin, a former Minneapolis police officer who killed George Floyd.
“She was a child,” press secretary Jen Psaki told reporters Wednesday. “We're thinking of her friends and family in the communities that are hurting and grieving her loss. We know that police violence disproportionately impacts Black and Latino people in communities and that Black women and girls, like Black men and boys, experience higher rates of police violence. We also know that there are particular vulnerabilities that children in foster care, like Ma’Khia, face.”

Just like Obama tried to take issues between white cops and black citizens and blow them up into huge racial issues, Slo-Joe is trying to ingratiate himself to the black community by jumping on the anti-cop bandwagon. "She was a child"?? She was a child who attempted to stab two other children. She was a child who was ready to plunge a knife into a defenseless black child. She was a child who lost her life because she posed an imminent lethal threat to another person. "Police violence disproportionately impacts Black and Latino people"?? No Black and Latino violence disproportionately impacts Black and Latino people. I honestly can't take the pandering to the black community anymore. 911 gets a call about a shooting or stabbing or whatever other violence is happening in certain communities, why should they respond? Save a black girl from getting stabbed and you're a villain. Take an armed gangbanger, who was shooting at people, off the streets and open yourself up to legal and civil actions, not to mention the death threats and harassment. I wouldn't be surprised if the police in major cities just quit going into the more violent areas. Because it just isn't worth it when the President of the United States criticizes your actions when you just saved a young girls life.
On the plus side, many of the DUmp monkeys are pushing back at the narrative that the police officer was in the wrong. But the whole thing really pisses me off. This officer walked into a no-win situation and has to live with the results for the rest of his life. But everyone else gets to watch the video in slo-mo and speculate on what other options should have been employed. And the President chimes in to imply their was a racial element to the officer's action, but the knife wielding girl, who was attempting to murder somebody, was just another innocent black gunned down by corrupt police.

I guess the girl in pink would have died with a smile on her face knowing it was just a child who stabbed her if that Officer hadn't been there to intervene on her behalf...
