Huh? People can write all kinds of anti-Christian BS, but not anti-Islam? Since when is it illegal to use the name of a politician when talking about political issues? This just sounds like the department of education is trying to cover their behind in Maine.
It's not even ani-muslim it's merely pointing out that prayer rooms were built and a textbook with controversial passages were purchased.
The question in my mind is: are these claims independently verifiable?
If so CAN has every right to make its appeal to the marketplace of ideas and values. If not they should be called out for lying...by private citizens. But neither of those possibilities requires legal sanction.
