And we all know that Judge Aileen Cannon is slow-walking the documents case in Florida so that it doesn't come to trial before the election

In real life, Judge Cannon had a number of motions that needed to be argued before her and on which she had to deliberate and rule. Her postponement simply recognized the fact that she could not do that with due diligence before the scheduled trial start date (May 28th, IIRC).

Not that facts matter to DU-grade Progs.
