40. East County Magazine

http://www.eastcountymagazine.org/

It is a local paper.

It is independent media.

Soon, we will be doing Radio

http://knsj.org/

Local public radio.

Oh and if you are ever in San Diego, follow viejasalerts on twitter. I do East county traffic and fire warnings every day

Pay is by piece...and incidentally, thank you weather and wind lords...I could just stay home. (Bad, as in real bad cold).

I know some folks don't believe it, but my husband and I are credentialed press, meaning we can get behind public safety lines to cover fires, for example. And to be honest, that is those folks problem.

I have posted articles here. Even an editorial or two, in fact

This is going to be great!

Apparently KNSJ hasn't heard of paragraphs yet.

By the way, if you read the DUmp thread to the end, be aware that DUmmy hrmjustin is the nutcase's sockpuppet.

It does kind of read as if she is interviewing herself, maybe hrmjustin is the silent hubby.

Sounds like someone asked Crazy Miriam for a little gas money and just got laughter.

Zero pay, and the addled submarine rider has to foot the expenses.

By the way, if you read the DUmp thread to the end, be aware that DUmmy hrmjustin is the nutcase's sockpuppet.

Go, I wondered the same about hrmjustin, but unless one of the Abbotts set up a elaborate sock, he's just a mama's boy from the NY. What I wonder:

Literally. I won one on suicide. This year entering both for breaking news, I get a lot of that since I used to do it, and in photography.

???

She won an award for suicide? Did she use all of her knowledge to bring herself back to life or something?

Surely she's not talking about an article or photo because with her 'look at me' psychological makeup it would have been plastered all over DU.

As for her run-on sentence after the word 'suicide' I reply with the following...
Frog hold tree in the nest of water and in the wind sky ran floundering. Yup.

I know that there is, or used to be, an International Talk Like a Pirate Day. If anyone knows the month and day that nads joined DU can we establish it as International Post Like Nadin Day?

And nads receives an actual online blowjob. Queen Justine loves him some short, round, sweaty meat- just like Mama used to make!

Be careful, Justine. The addled retired submarine chief is a jealous man. He works for the Postal Service, so he knows how to make things disappear.

We have a secret. We take a lot of shots. The fire truck and smoke. The conditions were so bad that between the two of us we shot 100 photos, a low number, four were usable. We usually have a problem choosing the good ones.

Did I read this correctly, did Nads say she published a story about a suicide ??

Oh just hunky dory for the family and friends of the deceased.   Did she barge in to take photo's of the deceased before they were removed either hanging or covered in blood ?

At one time we had a [ Nads want to be] come across a horrific accident and snapped photos that were for some reason published in the local paper.

The family went berserk, there on the front page of the local paper was a picture showing severed limbs and their family just after the crash.     Every one in town and other towns were outraged at the  picture, darn this was not what a family needs to see on the front page.

This Nads just ain't right, Unless a suicide is about a public figure, someone  with out pictures is well known, this borders on ghoulish.

Oh.  So that's what the cousin means, when she says she "can't reach the controls" of her husband's camera.

I was trying to imagine a case where one was too short to maneuver a hand-held camera; I'd forgotten cameras on tripods exist.

Nutcase nadin's biggest award BY FAR is her 2011 DUmmy of the Year victory.

Consider how many people at the DUmp, FR, OET, CU, and here to took note.

She's never been involved in anything else that could yield a fraction of that much attention.

That San Diego pennysaver blog wouldn't make a pimple on Crazy Jim Rob's ass.

Well, I would think not since it's a volunteer position.

She was on the verge of getting Crazy Miriam to pay part of her gasoline bill, but that fell through.

And, regrettably, the nutcase's journo and photog expenses aren't even deductible.

But at least she and the addled submarine rider have both won awards.

She got DUmmy of the Year, and he got a Good Conduct Medal.

What I want to know is why Skinner is ignoring Gnads questions.  She has two pending in the ATA forum, both of which have never been answered and have a little x, as in locked, next to them.  Interestingly, darkangle (or whatever) has one there that is marked in the same manner.
