Stewart/Colbert no porta potties rally

A little background, Rush was talking about this, the Marine Marathon is the same day as the Stewart/Colbert Rally, the Marines have grabbed 800 porta potties for their event, and I guess there aren't that many porta potties left, and since the Stewart/Colbert Rally are expecting 75,000 people they need to have a certain amount of porta potties, they wanted the Marines to share and the Marines said no! :lmao:

What they normally do is set up the course and pre position the porta-potties a couple days before.  Hence the need to lock them.  Otherwise come race day you'd have to run havlf the homeless population in D.C. out of them.
