DUmmy Pam got some kind of audio gadget, and is apparently excited about it: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=105x9135675#9135765 DUmmy Swede is confused: No, four: By the way, DUmmy Pam, why haven't you ever shown us a photo of Mark's drinking buddy bum who lives in the basement? You've broadcast the rest of your family's personal information and medical records all over the internet, why not the basement drunk? Is he as fictional as the rest of your adventures?

I've been drunk, but I don't think I've ever posted the same statement four times.
Hubby could have saved a ton of money by just buying her a cable adapter to use her existing record player for input to her computer. Better still, he should have just told her to stick a microphone up to the record player speaker and record from there.
That woman I swear !Last week she posted about a food bank she passes daily on her way to school. She felt SO bad for those people. She was going to volunteer or something. Then she brags about going to Vegas.http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=105x9134597Now it's her birthday gift.I do believe greenbriar is a greedy woman. She should share her good fortune with those less fortunate. I won't hold my breath.

Indeed - about $15 bucks for a USB adapter that handles just audio or about $30 for one that handles video as well. For about $80 to $100 one can get a device that will convert nearly any signal to USB - audio, video, S-video, firewire.. etc..A record player with built in USB converter costs about $150 on average.
A new thread, started this morning: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=105x9136183
I checked NewEgg.com... the only USB-enabled turntables over there were in the $100-150 range. Not cheap, but not nearly as expensive as some of the newer turntables I've seen.
Oh no he diin't!
