Trump’s remarks reveal a direct line from the White House and the command center at the Willard. The conversations also show Trump’s thoughts appear to be in line with the motivations of the pro-Trump mob that carried out the Capitol attack. When did Trump make the calls? He phoned his lieutenants at the Willard sometime between the late evening on 5 January and the early hours of 6 January.....

Why?Because the phone calls discussing ways to try and block Bidens certification are not evidence that he helped orchestrate the attempted insurrection itself. Now, do I personally think he was involved? Yes, but that is simply my personal opinion.

Why are these "multiple sources" afraid to go public with their information? The president of the United States committed insurrection, a crime punishable by fines and imprisonment. I would think if they have any patriotism they would be knocking on Garland’s door at least (and perhaps they have—it’s just frustrating to see nothing after a crime was committed nearly a year ago).
