in person that is

1.- When are you going to actually throw a decent awards dinner? This yearly exercise of yours, is self effacing and it was never funny

2.- Now ones and zeroes might be fine for you, but some of us would like your "awards?' on the wall, if nothing else for dart target practice. To be honest one of the two conures needs new paper to shred and poop over.

3.- I was actually a fan of your fantasy writing. Some of the things posted at your site are down right slanderous, but I must admit, creative. And some of the things you, and your users, have posted about me, or worst people who have died, show just how low you can go and then some.

Have you considered buying a backhoe or two? It will be less back breaking if you do that, and a thrown back is really painful, I am talking from experience there. I know you won't believe that, but quite frankly buddy, what you believe or what you do not believe is quite immaterial really, except of course in your mind.

Now thank you for the invitation at one point to join your site. It was funny, I am sure not well intended, but so you know, your material has really gotten old, and stale, so you have not been that entertaining for years now. Look back at the material you guys produced oh four years ago. Now that was good.

You have posted things on how you really have dossiers on people and how you intend to harm them. So yes, it does fit the definition. Of course those dossiers you should use for character sketches for fiction becuase you could not be more wrong about people, but hey, it amuses you, put it to actual good use and consider picking up fiction writing, Who knows you might actually make some money doing that.

I said my piece to Mr. Frankolich. The sad part is, and I mean this. leave the slander, which is very real... it is so off, that it is truly fantasy, and not even good fantasy. So the place stopped being interesting a few years back. Keeping up with the slander can be exhausting, so... they became the butt of a few jokes. They also went into virtual ignore.

it is not that collegiate is different. It is American fencing which is more like sabre, and brutal, and go at it, with full strength

You go for long lounges and just charges for example,

Italians in particular are trained to do a lot of fancy foot work and use the foil with very narrow moves to redirect somebody else's tip while scoring.

I wish the olympics they had these in slow motion, because then you can fully appreciate it.

It is a tad like Southern American Soccer versus English Soccer. The Southern Americans will have flair in the passes, while the English just advance and plow through. That is the best analogy I can come with . Both are fast though.

I have enough training in fencing to know what I am talking about. Nadin is full of it. She can't Google her way outa this.

221. No. You just described all of Fencing. This is the way I was trained.

All Fencers are trained that way. The foil is your main defense. The first thing we are taught is to parry the attack.

By the time I was in the running to place in class, everyone was so good at defending with the foil that I had to feint and lunge. in other words fake them out and attack from a different position.

I asked you because I do follow the sport and I've never ever heard of the Italian school.

An effective parry allows even saber fighters to deflect obvious blows. There is no such thing as a brutal full strength attack.

so really, whats the difference?

You never entertained a Ren Faire crowd with your expertise. You never learned the Italian style of fencing.

I'm not a professional, but I've played and follow the sport. Your description of Italian style was "Fencing 101," and had nothing to do the school. A real fencer would be able to describe the differences of the schools he or she studied.

You and Tom in Tib share the same knack for spinning stories with the sole purpose of making you look good.

Then the guy fenced me, and mine was more wrist technique, and defoiled him by using that fine Italian school I learned. Pointy thing went flying twice. Then ;hubby and I went at each other and people were amazed at what we were doing. It was not Errol Flynn, it was straight American brute force, vs, Italian finery. The hardest three minutes we have had, we went full tilt.

If that were only true, I would pay to see the video.

But, alas, it's an imposter.

Does anyone really believe the crazy bald dwarf could spell "Errol", or "technique", or "finery"?

I see the DU Discussionist Bullies have Nadinbrazinski Conservatives in their sights.

There is a group in DU Discussionist that do nothing but alert and hide and lock and ridicule. They love nothing better than to get someone PPR'd and then they gravedance. The bullies are after Nadin Conservatives now.

And in a moment of clarity...a DUmmie speaks the truth about Liberals.
